RESERVATION RENT
This is to reserve your room for the
occupation.It is in addition to the termly rent to be paid.
HOW TO PAY
Payable at the point of handing in or
posting a completed application form.
BOND
We hold the bond while you live
at Aspect 3. At the end of your
tenancy, assuming the room and
its belongings, including the shared
kitchen and lounge areas and you've paid all your rent, it
will be returned to you.
HOW TO PAY
Payable at the point of signing the
contract.
You can pay in cash or by cheque,
made payable to:
Aspect 3, or by debit
/credit* card.
*1.85% surcharge
RENT
This is for your room and the shared
facilities of the apartment.
SERVICE CHARGES
Cover the cost of the TV licence for apartment lounges arranged on behalf of the tenants. Any TV in your bedroom needs no additional licence. The rest should cover your contribution towards electricity used.
HOW TO PAY
You can pay your rent in any of the
following ways:
Up front in one go by a debit/credit*
card, cash or cheque.
If payment is made in full for the year, you will be entitled to a 3% discount on terms 2 and 3.
Part Payment by Standing Order
- 3 payments throughout the year in
September, January, April.
