A Reservation of £110 will be taken to secure your booking; this payment will be deducted from your weekly rental figure. This secures your booking.

Bond Deposit
Bond
We hold the bond whilst you live at Aspect 3. At the end of your tenancy the bond deposit will be refunded less any costs incurred should there be any.
How To Pay
£250.00 is payable at the point of signing the contract.
You can pay in cash or by cheque, made payable to:
Student Facility Management Ltd - Aspect 3, or by debit /credit* card.

Rent & Utility Charge
Inclusive Rent
Our rates are inclusive of Rent, Utilities (Water & Electricity), Internet (10Mb), Insurance and a TV Licence in shared Apartments
How To Pay
Flexible payment options mean that you can either pay in three installments (termly) or in one installment for your entire contract with a 3% discount on accommodation only for term 2 & 3. You can pay by standing order, Cheque, Cash or most major debit/credit cards.

Choosing the PERFECT package for you
We have different room types to suit your needs and budget. Our standard contract lengths are 44/50 week in length and start in September 2012, however we appreciate that you may not require our standard terms perhaps you need an earlier start date.
Should you require different terms please do not hesitate to contact us we may be able to accommodate you
We also have flexible payment plans please contact the office for more details, however if you pay in full you'll receive a 3 % discount on terms 2 and 3.
